Effective Feb 1st, 2025, Moto Morini Factory-to-Dealer (FDI) Retail Incentives on select models through March 31st, 2025. For each
eligible model retailed, the dealer will receive an incentive according to the chart above and terms below.

Retail Period is Feb 1st – Mar 31st, 2025
Salesperson incentive is in the form of Amazon gift card.

No minimum retail requirement
No claim forms needed (Salesperson Claim Form still needed)
SCR/STR maximum incentive is $1250 per VIN ($1500 Trek) and the rebate cannot be used with any other discounts. X-Cape maximum incentive is $1500 per VIN and the rebate cannot be used with any other discounts. Any rebate balanced owed to dealer will be issued at time of retail.
Units not eligible: Demo Program models, used units sold to dealers.

General Terms and Conditions:

If Moto Morini subsequently determines that a bona fide retail sale did not take place, Moto Morini reserves the right to charge the dealer’s open account back for ineligible incentives.
Important Program Guidelines. Moto Morini requires timely registration and full vehicle payment for a model to earn
incentives. Dealers are expected to register models sold during the month within three (3) business days of vehicle delivery
or the last day of the retail month, whichever comes first. Vehicles are required to be paid off within seven (7) business days of the sale(s).
- Registrations occurring after the product registration deadline and payoff dates after the Moto Morini Flooring Payment Deadline will result in lost incentives.

Incentives will be processed and credited to dealer account upon correct product registration and timely unit payment.
Incentive balances in dealer account will be applied toward parts, accessories, and motorcycles.
Dealer must have in effect a valid Moto Morini Authorized Dealer Sales and Service Agreement at time of vehicle retail to earn the benefits of this program.
Programs are available only through authorized Moto Morini dealers located in the United States.
Dealers must meet and maintain Minimum Stock requirements to qualify for Morini Money.
All program elements, interpretation of rules, and substitution, modification, or withdrawal of any program element are at the sole discretion of Moto Morini Motorcycles, Inc. and cannot be combined with any other offer.
