Parts Dept. / Shipping and Receiving
This person is responsible for receiving of parts orders, shipping of all outgoing packages and fulfilling parts to service repair order requests. This is a full time position and requires attention to detail and an ability to prioritize requests and complete them in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Parts manager. Service Advisor
This person is responsible for writing, dispatching, managing and delivering all service work requests from a customer. Great listening skills and attention to detail are a must. You must be able to “multi-task” and follow detailed procedures. Service writing and/or customer relations experience are a plus. Must have a working technical understanding of motorcycles and the ability to relay technical information to the customer in a professional manner.
